Learn about DTU’s agreement on meeting and conference venues and how to book using Meeting Manager.

DTU has established an agreement with approximately 130 meeting and conference venues across SKI and DTU’s own tenders.

In this webinar, you will learn how to use the agreement in practice and how to book via Meeting Manager, DTU’s platform for finding and booking venues.

In Meeting Manager, you can:        

  • submit a single request for your event
  • receive offers from multiple venues
  • compare prices and terms
  • select and book the venue that best fits your needs

You can also view information such as transport and CO₂ data if you wish to include this in your decision-making.

Meeting Manager gives you a clear overview and eliminates the need for back-and-forth communication with multiple suppliers. This makes it easier to find the right venue and saves time in the planning process.
