Dear PhD students

On 1 March, DTU is launching a new system for handling the administrative elements of the PhD education. The system is called PhDPlanner.

As the system will be replacing PhDigital, we strongly recommend that you finish as much as possible in PhDigital before the end of January.

On 1 February, you will no longer have access to processing reports in PhDigital. For those of you who are approaching your final date of study and must hand in your supervisor report, please contact your local PhD coordinator if the timing does not allow you to process it in PhDigital before 31 January.
The PhD coordinator will have a template for you to use. This involves some copy/pasting of information from your final half-year report and we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you.

We will provide you with more information about the new system before the launch.
