Anniversaries

When you have been employed in the state sector for 25, 40 and 50 years, you will be awarded a bonus in connection with your anniversary.

In connection with the anniversary, you are also awarded one DTU-paid day off. The day is optional but must be agreed with your immediate manager.

Bonus amounts

As of 1 November 2025, the anniversary bonuses amount to:

• 25th anniversary: DKK 7,495
• 40th anniversary: DKK 9,493
• 50th anniversary: DKK 11,242

The bonus amounts are adjusted annually.

The anniversary bonuses include Danish supplementary labour market pension scheme contributions and special pension contributions.
