DTU Ørsted Lectures: John A. Rogers and Jeffrey I. Gordon at DTU

This autumn, DTU welcomes two of the world's leading researchers as part of the DTU Ørsted Lectures series.

On 24 September 2026, Professor John A. Rogers from Northwestern University will present the lecture Bioelectronics: Technology Interfaces with the Human Body. 

Rogers is internationally renowned for his pioneering research in bioelectronics and innovative technologies that create interfaces between electronics and the human body.

On 5 October 2026, Professor Jeffrey I. Gordon from Washington University School of Medicine will present the lecture Developing Microbiome-Targeted Therapeutics for Childhood Undernutrition. 

Gordon is widely recognized as a pioneer in microbiome research and will discuss the development of microbiome-targeted therapies to combat childhood undernutrition.

Both lectures will take place in Building 116, Auditorium 81.
