You can once again order IT equipment from Atea via DTU Fusion
Atea’s Punchout solution is working again after a period of technical issues. This means that you can once again order IT equipment from Atea directly via DTU Fusion.
Punchout is the solution in Procurement in DTU Fusion that takes you to Atea's webshop when you need to order IT equipment. The solution is now working again, so you can order from Atea via DTU Fusion as usual.
The internal Atea catalogs in DTU Fusion, which have been available as a temporary alternative to the punchout solution, will remain accessible until 31 October. After this date, orders from Atea must be placed via punchout.
If you experience any issues
If the punchout solution is not working as expected, please create a case in Help Desk and select:
- Queue: AOR Buyers Work Center
- Category: 1.1 Procurement
This will ensure that your request is sent directly to the team that can assist you.
