New campaign: How to cycle in Denmark
Danish Road Safety Council and the Danish Police have launched a campaign on safe cycling in Denmark.
As a cyclist, you should, among other things, keep to the right side of the road, signal when turning or stopping, use lights when it is dark, and keep your phone in your pocket. There are also specific requirements for electric scooters, including the mandatory use of a helmet.
Watch the video and learn more about the rules for safe cycling in Denmark here: Cycling Rules in Denmark: A Complete Guide for Tourists | SikkerTrafik.dk
At DTU, the campaign is coordinated by DTU Campus Service through Senior Emergency Manager Jesper Fløche jesfl@dtu.dk
