When will this happen?
The migration is planned for week 27, from 29 June to 3 July.

What does this mean for you?
Panopto is DTU’s platform for recording and sharing videos. Moving to the Cloud version means that the platform will in future be operated and maintained directly by Panopto, providing a more stable and up-to-date service.

For most users, the change will not affect day-to-day use. Your videos and settings will be transferred.

If you work with Panopto around the time of the migration, you may experience temporary irregularities. We therefore recommend that you avoid creating new videos during this period. If you experience anything unexpected, you are welcome to contact us via Serviceportalen.

What should you do now?
Nothing. You do not need to take any action at this time.

We will send updates as we get closer to the migration.
