PhDPlanner login problems - SOLVED
Dear users of PhDPlanner,
Some users have experienced difficulties logging in to PhDPlanner. The issue has been traced to a discrepancy between the primary email address registered in DTUBasen and the information used by WAYF, the Danish federation that enables secure access to university systems using your DTU account.
The issue has now been fully resolved, and all users can access PhDPlanner normally without any login problems.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience while the issue was being addressed.
