Teaching facilities in TimeEdit

In TimeEdit – Viewer, you can get an overview of activities in shared teaching facilities. Here, you can see which departments, courses, and instructors are using the rooms this semester. The user interface is in English.

Getting started

1. Go to www.timeedit.net/dtu.
2. Log in using SSO DTU (single sign-on) with your DTU email address and personal password.
3. From the three options on the page, select either “staff” or “student”, depending on your role.

Find activities and bookings

• To get an overview of activities in teaching facilities, such as courses or instructors, select “schedule/booking overview”.
• In the “search” drop-down menu, choose the desired search criteria.
• Click “show filter” to narrow your search.
• Click “show schedule” to view the results of your search.

View options

Using the layout button in the lower-right corner, you can display the schedule as text lines or a graphical calendar view.
