Press Contact Form
- When you’ve spoken to the media on behalf of DTU, you must fill in a media contact form. This applies regardless of whether you or the media initiated the contact.
- When you’ve filled in the form and clicked “Send”, you’ll receive a copy of the completed form by email. In a number of departments, the completed form is automatically forwarded to the mailing list chosen by the department (as well as to Communications Director Tine Kjær Hassager). This list can be seen below. For departments not mentioned in the list, the form is sent to Communications Director Tine Kjær Hassager and you are asked to forward it to relevant parties yourself.
- You must decide for yourself whether it is necessary to inform other people. This will depend, among other things, on how controversial the subject is and how much news value it has.
The media contact forms are used to coordinate media contacts, identify developing stories, compile statistics for documentation and reporting purposes, as well as for departments that need to inform relevant persons in government bodies.
