Rooms and hardware

Below you will find an overview of centrally allocated teaching rooms, along with an indication of the type of teaching situations each room is best suited for, based on its technical setup.

Ped

Muliggøre deltagelse på tværs af sted, så studerende kan være både fysisk til stede og online uden at blive didaktisk marginaliseret.

Tech

  • Undervisning: 

Underviser er placeretiundervisningslokale med fysiskfremmødte. Underviserenunderviser via egen computer ogundervisningslokaletskameraogmikrofon.

  • Samarbejde: 

Mulighed for at dele skærm, kameraogmikrofonbeggevejemellemundervisningslokaleog online deltagere. 

  • Teknik:

  • Teaching:
    The instructor is located in the classroom together with participants who are physically present. The instructor teaches using their own computer along with the classroom’s camera and microphone.

  • Collaboration:
    Possibility to share screen, camera, and microphone both ways between the classroom and online participants.

  • Technology:
    A tracking camera that follows and records the instructor. Ceiling microphones that capture sound from the entire room. Two screens for displaying the presentation and online participants. The software can be Zoom, Teams, or similar.

 

Ped

Klasse-til-klasse muliggør hybrid undervisning hvor hele grupper af studerende på forskellige lokationer kan deltage på lige didaktiske vilkår. Kræver at alle lokaler involveret har klasse-til-klasse funktion.

 

Class-to-class enables hybrid teaching where whole groups of students in different locationsparticipateon equal didactic terms. Requires that all rooms involved has the class-to-class function.

Tech

  • Undervisning: 

En eller flere undervisere kan være placeret i et eller begge lokalerhvor de studerende er fordelt.

Samarbejde: 

Man kan alle se og høre hinanden på tværs af lokalerne som var man i et rum.

  • Teknik:

To tracking kameraer, et kamera for optagelse af underviser og et for optagelse af studerende. Loftmikrofoner som optager lyd fra alle deltagere.Toellerflereskærme for visningafpræsentationog online deltagere. Typisk via Zoom, Teams på faste PC’er i undervisningslokalerne.

  

 

  • Teaching:
    One or more instructors may be located in one or both rooms where the students are distributed.

  • Collaboration:
    Everyone can see and hear each other across the rooms as if they were in a single space.

  • Technology:
    Two tracking cameras — one for capturing the instructor and one for capturing the students. Ceiling microphones that record audio from all participants. Two or more screens for displaying the presentation and online participants. Typically operated via Zoom, Teams, or similar on fixed PCs in the teaching rooms.

 

Ped

Undervisning transmitteres fra ét sted, hvilket giver adgang til undervisningen til deltagere ikke tilstede i lokalet og primært understøtter envejskommunikation.

 

Teaching is transmitted from one location, providing access toremote participants and primarily supportsone way communication.

 

Tech

 

  • Undervisning:

Underviseren underviser via egen computer og undervisningslokalets kamera og mikrofon. De studerende følger med fra et andet lokale, eller anden valgfri lokation. Mulighed for at optage undervisningen til senere brug.

  • Samarbejde: 

De studerende der deltager online kan ikke ses i lokalet men kan blive inddraget gennem chats, online aktiviteter og online grupperum– afhængigt afhvilkeprogrammer underviseren vælger at sætte op.

  • Teknik:

Et tracking kamera som følger og optager underviser.  Mikrofon som optager lyd fra underviser.Program ertypisk Panopto, Zoom, Teams eller tilsvarende.

 

  • Teaching:
    The instructor teaches using their own computer and the classroom’s camera and microphone. Students follow the teaching from another room or any location of their choice. It is possible to record the teaching for later use.

  • Collaboration:
    Students participating online cannot be seen in the classroom, but they can be involved through chats, online activities, and online breakout rooms—depending on which tools the instructor chooses to use.

  • Technology:
    A tracking camera that follows and records the instructor. A microphone that captures the instructor’s audio. The software is typically Panopto, Zoom, Teams, or similar.

 

Ped

Transmission fra et lokale til andre lokaler i samme bygning uden brug af computer eller internet.

Transmission from one room to other rooms within the same building without the use of computers or the internet.

 

Tech

 

  • Undervisning: 

Underviseren underviser via kamera og mikrofon i undervisningslokalet(samt egen PC). De studerendefølger med fra andre lokaler i bygningen.

  • Samarbejde: Undervisningengår “en vej”. Modtagelse af transmissionen i de andre lokaler startes fra lokalet der undervises fra og vælges i de lokale der undervises til.Hvis kommunikation til underviser fra de andre lokaler ønskes, skal det sættes op online gennem ønskede kanaler.

  • Teknik:

Et kamera og mikrofon for transmission af underviser- Med mulighed for at optage undervisningen (typisk via Panopto.). I det tilknyttet lokale vises præsentation og kamerabillede på hver sin skærm, dette for detaljeret visning af f.eks. tavle undervisning. 

  • Teaching:
    The instructor teaches using the classroom’s camera and microphone (as well as their own PC). Students follow the teaching from other rooms in the building.

  • Collaboration:
    The teaching flows “oneway.” The transmission to the other rooms is started from the room where the teaching takes place and selected in the rooms receiving it. If communication back to the instructor from the other rooms is needed, it must be set up online through the desired channels.

  • Technology:
    A camera and microphone are used to transmit the instructor — with the option to record the teaching (typically via Panopto). In the connected room, the presentation and camera feed are shown on separate screens to allow detailed viewing of, for example, whiteboard teaching.
