AMO (Work Environment)

A representative for the work environment (in Danish AMO) has a mandatory role in the planning group.

An AMO representative will often know if there are themes that need to be taken into account when planning leadership dialogues.

AMO also has the opportunity to raise awareness of the need for more frequent leadership dialogues based on requests.
