You should name files briefly and clearly so that the title alone identifies what the document folder and the document contain. Avoid abbreviations. For example, a title covering a contract may include information about whether it is fully signed and which party the contract is with.
If the document contains minutes, you can supplement the name with the date/period of the minutes and the meeting they originate from.
