Employed co-supervisors are now integrated in PhD-planner, and further improvements have also been handled: 

• All employed co-supervisors are integrated in PhDPlanner: To ensure that employed co-supervisors have access to the system, and can be allocated to their students, these have now been integrated in the system (OBS: non-employed co-supervisors cannot be integrated)
• No possibility of editing activities that has been approved: As a part of the system integration, it was possible to edit activities already approved, due to individual challenges. This opportunity is now closed and all general errors like incorrect status on courses are handled centrally. For individual errors like double registration of courses, students can either update themselves or submit their errors in the Service Portal for help.
• Common guidelines for delegation of roles in case of leave: In case of long-term sickness (> 1 month), leave or maternity / paternity leave, head of schools can request for a substitute in the system.
• Mandatory course level: The course level field in PhDPlanner is now mandatory for students to fill out for all new courses
• Better support in PhDPlanner: For phone inquiries regarding PhDPlanner, you can continue to contact HR. HR will forward your request to the PhD team, who will get back to you as soon as possible..
