Ongoing tenders and project purchases
This overview shows which tenders and project purchases are currently in progress at DTU.
The overview is updated monthly by Group Procurement.
When you make purchases on behalf of DTU, a distinction is made between standardised purchases and specialised purchases.
Standardised purchases can include everything from toilet paper and pens to printed materials and consultants.
For these types of standard purchases, there will be a DTU‑wide framework agreement that must be used by all DTU employees.
Contact Strategic Procurement if you need clarification on whether your purchasing need can be covered by a DTU‑wide framework agreement, or whether a tendering process is required.
Specialised purchases can include the procurement of larger equipment, instruments, and supercomputers.
What these procurements have in common is that they are not purchases we know in advance will be required. These procurements are categorised as project purchases. This means that a contract is entered into for the specific procurement, and no DTU‑wide framework agreement exists.
