Get an overview of sustainability in DTU’s supplier agreements
DTU’s supplier agreements have been updated, making it possible to see which sustainability requirements apply to DTU’s suppliers.
When making purchases on behalf of DTU, you must use suppliers covered by DTU's framework agreements. These are listed under DTU's supplier agreements (Danish only), which provide a consolidated overview of approved suppliers.
It has now also become easier to gain an overview of sustainability.
Within DTU’s supplier agreements, you can now see whether sustainability requirements have been included as part of the tendering process for a framework agreement. This provides better insight into the considerations taken when DTU enters into agreements with suppliers.
Among other things, you can see whether requirements have been set in the following areas:
- green delivery
- packaging
- eco-labels and certifications
- undesirable chemicals
- energy consumption
- social responsibility
The information on sustainability requirements applies to the agreement as a whole. If you need information on, for example, eco-labels or energy requirements for a specific product, this information can be found on the individual item in the product catalogue or via punch-out.
Framework agreements with a start date of 1 January 2024 or later have been updated with sustainability information.
We hope that this new information will make it easier to gain an overview of responsible procurement at DTU.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Strategic Procurement.
