When you book a flight through CWT, DTU’s travel agency, you will first receive a booking confirmation. Please note that this does not mean that your flight ticket has been issued.

The booking confirmation only confirms that you have submitted a request in the system. Your flight booking is not final until you have also received the actual flight ticket from CWT.
