CWT – DTU’s travel agency

Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) is the travel agency with which DTU has an agreement, and which must be used for booking flights, hotels and other travel services in connection with business travel. CWT offers both online booking and personal assistance.

How do you access MyCWT?

You access 'MyCWT' with single sign-on, which, which means you are automatically logged in via your work computer. You do not need a username or password to access CWT.

Once your are logged in, you must fill out your travel profile (located in the top right-hand corner) with the following information:

  • Credit card number from your corporate credit card.
  • Passport or national ID information (so that you can get visa advice and assistance).

NB!: The name in your profile must be the same as in your passport, otherwise you may be refused boarding. You may find it useful to read this brief guide.

If you have problems logging in, it is often due to the fact that a wrong e-mail address has been registered in the DTU database. Contact your DTU Base responsible at the department.

Monday to Friday at 08.30-16.30

Outside normal opening hours - and if emergency - you can contact CWTs hotline on phone: 3363 7777. Please note that a service fee of DKK 200 pr. call will be charged, if you call outside normal opening hours.

Price guarantee

CWT has a price guarantee when booking travel. However, the price guarantee presupposes that the customer can document the lower price, and that the services are identical with regard to:
  • Date
  • Departure and arrival times and route when traveling by plane, ferry and train
  • Supplier
  • Class/category of service
  • Ticket rules and conditions

The price guarantee only covers publicly available prices on Danish booking sites. The price guarantee applies to flights, and CWT reimburses the price difference between the price they offer and the lower price that the travelers has found.
