Change User Enrolment in Classlist

This tutorial shows how to change a user's enrolment on course level. An example could be changing a user from the Student role to the Teaching Assistant role.

Follow these steps:

Go to the relevant course. Click “My Course” and “Classlist”.

Mark the relevant user(s) and click “Enrolment”.

Mark the relevant user(s) and click “Enrolment”.

  • Either use the “Set all roles to” dropdown at the top to apply one role to everyone,
  • Or use each “New Role” dropdown next to individual users to set roles separately.

Remember to click “Save” afterwards.

As shown below, the user enrolment has now been changed.
