Tips til dig, der administrerer en alumne-gruppe på LinkedIn
LinkedIn ændrer jævnligt på deres opsætning, men pt. kan grupper enten være åbne/"listed" (alle kan frit blive medlem, og gruppen er synlig for alle på LinkedIn) eller lukkede/"unlisted" (medlemskab kræver godkendelse, og gruppen kan kun findes via direkte link eller ved at man bliver inviteret af en gruppeadministrator eller et andet gruppemedlem).
Sørg for at inkludere link til gruppen på relevante websider og i beskeder til relevante studerende/alumner - især hvis din gruppe er lukket.
Henvis meget gerne også til DTU’s brede alumnenetværk, DTU Alumni – www.alumni.dtu.dk.
Giv os også gerne besked om din gruppe, så vi kan inkludere den i oversigten over LinkedIn-grupper for alumner fra DTU.
Lokale LinkedIn-grupper for alumner skal helst ses som et supplement til, at alumnerne også har registreret sig på http://www.alumni.dtu.dk/, så vi får samlet e-mail-adresser og andre relevante oplysninger (telefonnummer, jobinfo, abonnement på nyhedsbrev mv.) i DTU’s fælles alumnedatabase, som hele DTU har glæde af.

This is the official group for alumni from DTU – Technical University of Denmark. Former exchange students as well as current students and employees can also join the group.
The DTU Alumni group gives you the chance to reconnect with old friends, build up your professional network, and stay updated with news and events from DTU. Content can be in both Danish and English. Feel free to post in the group, but please read the group rules first.
Please note: You will not be accepted as a member of this group unless we can see from your LinkedIn profile that you're either a current or former student or employee from DTU.
We also ask that you register as a member on our alumni portal www.alumni.dtu.dk if you haven't already done so. If you aren't already a member, we may ask you for your e-mail address so we can add it to our alumni member database and activate your membership.
Be kind, polite and respectful to other members. Communicate the way you would like others to communicate with you.
We reserve the right to delete posts that do not contribute to the purpose of the group, contain spam or are offensive. Members who break the group rules may receive a warning, but repeat violators will lose their posting rights and can be removed and/or blocked from the group.
