How to report grades for PhD courses

All grades must be registered centrally by the university administration to ensure that transcripts can be obtained at any time in the future.

DTU courses and PhD specialized courses

Results for courses that are part of DTU's course database are registered electronically. Please send questions about results for these courses to phdcourses@dtu.dk.

Results for specialized PhD courses taken at DTU are registered based on documention that confirms completion. The PhD student must upload this documentation in PhDPlanner.

Results for external courses

Results for external courses taken outside of DTU are registered based on documention that confirms completion. The PhD student must upload this documentation in PhDPlanner.
