Order Deadline - Small Events

Meeting catering for small meetings must be ordered no later than 12:00 noon on the day before.

The canteen will attempt to accommodate orders that do not meet the deadline. The canteen reserves the right to charge a small late-order fee of up to DKK 75.

Small meetings include: coffee meetings with cake/fruit (any number of participants) or smaller meetings with catering for up to 50 people.

Order Deadline - Large Events

Meeting catering for larger events must be ordered as follows:

• 51-200 participants: at least 1 week before the event
• 201-500 participants: at least 14 days before the event.
• More than 501 participants: at least 1 month before the event.

The canteen will, as far as possible, try to accommodate orders that do not meet the above deadlines. The canteen reserves the right to charge a late-order fee of up to DKK 75.

Preparation of Meeting Catering

The canteen prepares the meeting catering, including service items, on a serving trolley at the agreed time in the canteen, unless delivery and collection have been ordered.
