Media monitoring
DTU monitors its appearance in the media via Retriever, which delivers press clippings to DTU. Only clips from media where DTU is mentioned are provided. Therefore, it is not enough that Professor "Name Nameson" or "department for x" is mentioned.
Press clippings
Retriever provides daily press clippings with full media coverage from print media, radio, television, web and international online media. Daily media surveillance is delivered every morning at 6 in emails i.a., communications staff, department heads and DTU's management.
All employees have the opportunity to read the same press clippings via DTU Inside, where it can be found on your personal front page.
The media surveillance is for internal use only and may not be distributed externally.
Special agreements
Departments and centres at DTU may expand their press monitoring by signing a special agreement with Retriever. Retriever will provide a price guarantee and offer a 15% discount on comparable solutions.
