If you owe money to DTU

See how to repay an amount owed to DTU. This may apply if you have used your DTU credit card for private expenses or withdrawn cash exceeding the amounts reported.

As an employee, you may in some cases owe money to DTU.

This may occur if:

  • You have used your DTU credit card for private expenses
  • Part of an expense relates to personal use
  • You have withdrawn cash using your DTU credit card but have not reported expenses, including supporting documentation, for the full amount withdrawn – meaning the amount withdrawn exceeds the reported expenses

In these cases, you must repay the amount owed as soon as possible.

How to repay

You can repay the amount in two ways:

  • Bank transfer: Account no. 4183-4263972007
  • MobilePay: 86067

Regardless of the payment method, remember to include the expense report number as a reference.

Please note, amounts owed are not automatically deducted from your salary, unless this occurs as a result of unreported credit card transactions.

You can always contact Afdelingen for Økonomi og Regnskab if you have any questions about the amount, reference or payment method.
