Booking via myCWT

MyCWT is CWT’s online booking system. Here, you can book flights and hotels, view your travel plans, and update your traveller profile.

All travel arrangements must be booked via the web version of MyCWT.

Acces to MyCWT

As a DTU employee, you are automatically logged in via Single Sign-On on your work computer.

If you are using an external device or a personal computer, log in using your DTU email address.

Add he following information to your travel profile (located in the top right-hand corner):

Credit card number from your corporate credit card.
Passport or national ID information (so that you can get visa advice and assistance).

NB!: The name in your profile must be the same as in your passport, otherwise you may be refused boarding.
