How to book travel and accommodation
When travelling on business, all flights and hotel stays related to business travel must be booked through DTU’s contracted travel agency. Currently, this is Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT).
When making a travel booking, it is important that DTU is stated as the purchaser if the recipient’s name appears on the receipt or invoice. This is required for the expense to be approved and reimbursed.
