Change of name, address, and telephone number

As a DTU employee, you are obliged to ensure that DTU always has the correct information concerning your name, address, and telephone number.

• Change of address is automatically sent to DTU’s payroll system when you report your relocation to the National Register of Persons.
• Change of address from abroad to Denmark must be reported to Corporate HR via DTU Service Portal.
• Change of name must be reported to Corporate HR via DTU Service Portal.
• Telephone number must be updated by you directly via DTUBasen.

You must notify your department about these changes so that they are registered correctly in the local systems.
