NOCA - Network of corporate academies

DTU is a member of NOCA – Network of corporate academies.

NOCA is an association of private and public companies, organizations and educational institutions, which strengthen the interaction between business strategy and strategy for human resources.

NOCA was founded in 2002 and has since then established itself as an apolitical, not-for-profit association. Membership of NOCA is free, and NOCA is owned and driven by the members – for the members.

The intention with NOCA is to bridge the gap between research and best practice within human resources and to facilitate knowledge sharing among HR-professionals.

NOCA arranges network meetings, conferences and study trips, where HR researchers and professionals share knowledge and experiences, which creates value for the members.
