This type of absence is used in the following situations:
- Doctor, dentist, blood donor visits
- Death and funeral/burial
- Free for exam reading (the day before and the day of the exam itself).

Anyone over the age of 62 can hold 2 senior bonus days a year The days are without pay, so people are deducted if they pay them, in return they are paid 0.08 per cent of their annual salary every month to cover the salary draw.

Description
As a parent, you may be entitled to leave with unemployment benefits under the Maternity Act if a child is stillborn or dies before the age of 18. A parent can take grief leave with unemployment benefit for 26 weeks, i.e. 6 months.
Parents who have lost a child and who are on grief leave are entitled to paid grief leave. It is a prerequisite for the right to pay during mourning leave that the employer can receive reimbursement of unemployment benefit.
