You must create a ticket via IT Support if you want to report an IT security incident.
If you need help with AV equipment, you can contact AV Support at +45 3588 9000.

If IT equipment belonging to DTU is stolen, you must do the following:
  1. Report the theft to the police
    Do so as soon as possible and make sure to obtain a receipt for the report.
  2. Contact IT Support
    Create a case via IT Support or call IT Support so we can block the equipment and protect your data.
  3. Inform your immediate manager
    Notify your manager about the incident so it can be followed up internally.
