HR Recruitment & Onboarding

The purpose of this area of responsibility is to ensure an efficient and professional recruitment and hiring process at DTU. Our most important task is therefore to attract, assign and hire the right employees for the right positions at the right time. We are a sparring partner for the hiring managers and contribute to creating a professional recruitment and hiring process that is experienced effectively and positively by both candidates and the organization. We advise managers/the organization on the entire recruitment process from posting to hiring.
