Corporate HR assists DTU's units in developing the best conditions for employees and managers for the benefit of research, education, innovation, and scientific advice. It is our vision to contribute to creating excellent research environments, where insights and ideas emerge in a creative interaction between people, supported by qualified management.
This is done by Corporate HR providing services within the following areas:
- HR Recruitment & Onboarding
- HR People Operation
- HR Compensation & Benefits
- HR Legal & Politics
- HR Organisation & Culture
- HR Internal Support & System Development
We are just over 100 employees in Corporate HR. Corporate HR is headed by HR Director Pia Lyhne in collaboration with the department's heads of office.
