DTU DEI Community

The DTU DEI Community is a network where members from the administration, departments, units and centers, HSU, various networks and committees come together around a shared commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at DTU. The community provides a framework for knowledge sharing and mutual inspiration. Members are selected by their respective units, networks, etc.

The purpose of the DTU DEI Community is to promote a culture at DTU where differences – such as gender, age, religion, academic discipline, disability, and nationality – are not only accepted but actively valued as strengths. By embracing and engaging diversity, we strengthen well-being, generate better results, and enhance talent attraction. As a responsible university, it is our duty to lead by example and ensure equal opportunities for all at DTU.
