Use CWT (Carlson Wagonlit Travel) when booking:

• flights
• hotels
• transport related to business travel

Via MyCWT, you can access your online booking tool and travel information.

All business travel must be booked through CWT. See the travel policy for details.

Use Meeting Manager when you need to find and book an external meeting or conference venue.

In Meeting Manager, you can:

• submit a request for your event
• receive offers from multiple venues
• compare prices and terms
• book the venue that best fits your needs

This gives you a clear overview and eliminates the need for back-and-forth communication with multiple suppliers.

You can also take into account information such as transport and CO₂ data when making your decision.
