Manual invoice processing
If an invoice requires manual processing, you will be contacted by email by team Creditors and Bookkeeping.
Invoice processing is normally handled automatically once you have received the goods for your order. If you are nevertheless asked to process an invoice, this is typically because the supplier has not included the PO number on the invoice, or because the invoice line items do not match your order.
You will then be contacted by team team Creditor and Bookkeeping with further instructions on how to proceed. Either you will be asked to create a Purchase Order retrospectively, or you will need to enter into dialogue with team Creditors and Bookkeeping regarding manual posting of the invoice.
