Spin-outs and start-ups

DTU employees can be involved in many different ways to help the companies off the ground. It is therefore important that DTU has a structure that doesn’t allow an employee to end in a conflict between DTU’s interests and the employee's own interests, or in a situation that can render doubt about the employee’s legal capacity.

On that basis, the directorate has enacted the following guidelines:
