About commercialization

When researchers at DTU have created a patentable invention, the invention must be reported to Legal & Tech Transfer as explained on the Patents and Inventions.

Once the invention has been reported, Legal and Tech Transfer is responsible for commercialization of the invention, and assists in the preparation of the relevant agreements in this connection. These can include co-ownership agreements, software license agreements, patent license agreements, and transfer agreements.
