Another cohort has now completed the DTU Teaching Development Programme (UDTU) 🎓

On 30 January 2026, DTU Learning Lab hosted a Poster Event where UDTU participants presented their redesigned teaching and learning activities. The event marked the conclusion of UDTU – DTU’s teaching development programme for assistant professors – an engaging and highly practice-oriented programme focusing on teaching and learning in higher education.

Throughout UDTU, participants work directly with their own teaching practice and (re)design courses they themselves teach. The result is educational development that has a direct and tangible impact in practice.

The event brought together colleagues from across the university and sparked inspiring dialogue and knowledge sharing across disciplines, departments, and teaching traditions.

The Poster Event is an example of the open learning and dissemination spaces created by Learning Lab, offering insight into the pedagogical development work currently taking place at DTU. Visitors gained concrete examples of how teaching can be rethought and strengthened through experimentation, reflection, and practice-based approaches.
