New State Collective Agreements Approved
The new collective agreements for state employees have now been approved. They apply from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 and set out salary and employment terms for both technical/administrative staff (TAP) and academic staff (VIP) at DTU for the next three years.
DTU is currently in the process of implementing the central agreements. This will take place on an ongoing basis, and Corporate HR is closely monitoring the process.
What does this mean for you?
The new collective agreements mean, among other things, that:
- All TAP and VIP employees at DTU will receive general salary increases effective from 1 April 2026
- Improved rights will be introduced, for example in relation to parental leave and children’s sick days
The general salary increases have been updated in the payroll systems. They will be paid with the May salary and will apply retroactively from 1 April 2026.
The general salary increases are independent of the local salary negotiations from the recently concluded annual round. The outcome of the local salary negotiations is also expected to be paid at the end of May.
