Fruit and healthy food
Fruit
Easy access to fruits and vegetables helps to improve the employee’s health and performance. It also helps to support a general health culture where healthy choices should be the easy choice.
An offer of fruit during working hours can be organized through the Institute funding or by regular collegial agreement.
Healthy food
At DTU there is access to canteens and cafes of various kinds and with a varied range of food. There are ongoing efforts to improve the availability of healthy food in canteens.
An important element in this context is also access to fresh cold water, fresh fruit and varied food. The healthy choice must be the easy choice.
