Process

Corporate HR provides help with the planning and implementation of stress management initiatives at department level. Corporate HR coordinates the initiatives in collaboration with the management and other relevant parties at the department.

The reason why local units want to implement stress management initiatives is often that stress has been discussed on the cooperation committee or the occupational health and safety committee, that several employees are/have been suffering from stress, or that stress is a theme that fills in connection with the Well-Being Dialogues.

Contact HR partner

The management from a local unit that wants help implementing stress management initiatives should contact the HR partner. The HR partner convenes a clarifying meeting. The relevant players in relation to the stress management initiative also attend. At the meeting, the management and HR partner align their expectations and clarify which efforts are relevant and appropriate for the unit. The meeting is also used to discuss which local stress management competences are already available and which competences need to be added or developed, as well as who is responsible for organizing the process.

The initiative is implemented with the help of Corporate HR (which is dependent on the available internal resources), and can also include the involvement of external consultants in close collaboration with Corporate HR and in accordance with DTU’s policies.
