Information security, IT security, or cybersecurity is something you, as a DTU employee, should always keep in mind.
At DTU, information security is about protecting both your own and DTU’s data from unauthorized access, modification, destruction, and theft.
An important part of DTU’s foundation is the knowledge accumulated over time and the knowledge being developed today. Therefore, information security is vital to DTU’s credibility and operational capability.
IT Security Incidents
An IT security incident is any form of breach of data security, and it must be reported immediately.
If you have clicked on a suspicious link in an email or entered your password, you must change the password for your DTU account immediately. You must also report the IT security incident and report the email directly in Outlook.
