About letters:

Incoming mail

1. Mail is delivered unsorted by PostNord between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the main gate office.
2. The main gate office sorts mail, corresponding to postal centres
3. The main gate office delivers mail to agreed postal centres
4. External tenants without their own postal centre pick up their own mail at the main gate office (pigeonholes).

Outgoing mail

1. Unstamped/stamped mail must be placed in a mail tray in postal centres before 2 p.m.
- Mail for franking service is sorted into quick/regular in specific envelopes.
2. The main gate office collects mail from agreed postal centres between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
3. PostNord collects mail from the main gate office between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m.
4. PostNord stamps mail in accordance with the franking agreement between the department and PostNord

About parcels:

Incoming parcels – PostNord

1. PostNord delivers all parcels in B105 (unmanned, video surveillance)
2. Parcels are delivered in B105, sorted and distributed the next day between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m.
3. Parcels can be picked up continuously in B105 by the department itself or be delivered against payment.

Incoming parcels – Other carriers

1. Various carriers are referred to specific recipients/postal centres by the main gate office.2. Departments contribute to ensuring clear addressee information.
3. Parcels without a clear addressee are allowed to be delivered in B105, but without a receipt that the parcel has been delivered.
4. Parcels can be picked up continuously in B105 by the department itself or be delivered against payment.

Outgoing parcels

1. Parcels are prepared, use DSV solution, and placed in the postal centre 2.15 p.m.
2. 2-3 fixed collection points on campus, others order individual pick-up. 2.15 p.m.
3. The sender prints ‘Manifest/packing list’, on which the driver signs for receipt.
4. DSV collects parcels at the three fixed locations + ad hoc on campus. 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.
