Letters under 2 kg

DTU has entered into an agreement with both PostNord and DSV covering all DTU’s locations. For small parcel post, you choose DSV Xpress.
The agreement with PostNord includes an overall postage and franking agreement as well as an agreement on delivery and collection of mail at the Lyngby, Risø and Ballerup campusses.

Parcel post over 2 kg

DTU has a main agreement with DSV. This service is used for parcels, documents, and hazardous goods. For dispatch of pallets within Europe, you choose DSV Road.

Mail-free days at DTU

No mail is delivered or collected at DTU on the following days when DTU is closed:

• New Year’s Eve
• New Year’s Day
• Maundy Thursday
• Good Friday
• Easter Monday
• Ascension Day
• Whit Monday
• Constitution Day, 5 June
• Christmas Eve (24 December)
• Christmas Day
• Boxing Day
