Here you can find out how to get help with your tasks in DTU Fusion. Start by searching for answers yourself, and if that does not work, there are several other ways to get assistance.

When you need help with DTU Fusion, there are several options – and a recommended order to follow. Start by finding answers yourself via DTU Inside or Guided Learning. If you still need assistance, you can contact your unit’s super user. If the super user cannot help, they can create a ticket in the Helpdesk.

Start by searching on DTU Inside

On DTU Inside, you will find information about finance and procurement. Use the search function to find answers to your questions – there is a wide range of relevant information that can help you move forward.

Use Guided Learning in DTU Fusion

If you need help with specific tasks in DTU Fusion, you can use Guided Learning – a learning tool that guides you step by step directly in the system.

You can access Guided Learning by clicking the yellow widget on the right-hand side when you are logged into DTU Fusion.

Ask your super user

If you cannot find the answers via DTU Inside or Guided Learning, you can contact your local super user. Super users are experienced in DTU's finance and procurement processes and can often help you move forward.

Contact the Helpdesk via your super user

If there is still no solution, or if there is a technical issue in DTU Fusion, your super user can create a ticket in the Helpdesk. This ensures that the issue is handled correctly.
