Get help logging on to DTU Fusion.
DTU Fusion is our new HR system which will be a one-stop place for registering our HR data. This means that DTU Fusion can handle multiple processes that are currently supported by several different systems. The system covers recruitment, employment, and changes during your employment and can also provide relevant HR key figures.
DTU Fusion ensures that we comply with GDPR requirements, in relation to the requirements for sensitive data and, in continuation hereof, obligatory documentation about management decisions. As part of this, the management decision must comply with applicable accounting instructions and auditing principles.
With DTU Fusion you have direct access to your HR case. That is, documents relating to your employment (e.g. your contract). However, please note that all employees who were employed prior to November 19, 2018 will have an HR case in DTU DOC containing the documents from before the switch. However, HR cases will be registered in DTU Fusion if they are created after November 19, 2018.
DTU Fusion will give you an overview of your own data and personnel matters. At the same time, you will be able to register and manage own contact persons (relatives and family), submit relevant enquiries and files to HR, as well as registering notice of own resignation.
With DTU Fusion you do not have to contact HR in order to register changes in your working conditions such as reduced time or applying for a leave of absence.
DTU Fusion is a management tool that gives you an overview of your device through the management dashboard. The system also gives you easier access to information about your employees - e.g. salary. You can prepare management reporting directly in the system, extract reports with day-by-day data, and get an overview of ongoing cases.
Once you have registered as a manager in DTU Fusion, you are automatically approved to make managerial decisions in individual processes. The management role in DTU Fusion is defined on the basis of The DTU Leadership Foundation.
