Pension
The contribution according to the collective agreement for academics in the state is 17.1% of your salary and pensionable supplements.
As an international employee under the collective agreement for academics in the state you have the following three options to choose from. Read more about the options in the menu to the left.
The collective agreement includes an insurance plan offered to members through the pension scheme. This applies for both the ordinary pension scheme and the international pension scheme according to section 53A.
Note that if you choose to have your pension paid out as salary, you will not be granted the usual insurance coverage.
