Module 1: DTU management and personal management

Purpose:

• The participants get off to a good start with the Leadership Programme and get to know each other.
• Clarify what DTU wants to achieve with the programme, so the participation makes sense to everyone See DTU Leadership Foundation
• All managers get to know themselves and their own potential better to understand and communicate with other people even better
• Participants have a clear scope and clear concepts as the basis for putting management into practice in their everyday work, at network meetings, and in the coming modules
• Network groups can start working, sharing experiences, training, and discussing literature they’ve read
• Every participant prepares a personal development plan they can work with throughout the process
