Purpose:

  • Manage people appropriately in different situations
  • Effective management of diverse employee groups, e.g. in terms of age and cultural background.
  • Train staff in the following leadership tools:
    • Situational leadership and self-management
    • JTI type test and archetypes
    • Inclusive management and balancing diversity and shared values
