Partner Payments
Partner payments at DTU require proper documentation. On this page, you can see how the partner must provide information and what to do if an invoice or payment request cannot be obtained.
As a general rule, when making payments to collaboration partners, the partner must submit either an invoice or a payment request. A payment request must contain the same information as a standard invoice, except for the invoice number, to ensure correct processing and accounting. The requirements can be found on the pages covering foreign suppliers and invoice requirements.
If it is exceptionally not possible to obtain an invoice or a payment request, the form "Payment to DTU’s collaborators" must be used. This form ensures that all necessary information is collected and properly documented so that the payment can be processed.
